Prepaid Return Label and Envelope:
Once we receive your email, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and an extra envelope for returning the original product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, and the prepaid shipping label is affixed to the return envelope.
Shipping the Original Product:
Ship the original product back to us using the prepaid shipping label and envelope provided.
Upon receipt of the original product, a refund for the original order will be issued within 3-5 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with the exchange.
