At Rome Tech, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. That's why we have designed our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. We do have some requirements for returns to ensure fairness to all customers. Any incomplete returns, items that are broken or modified, or returns with missing parts will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Prepaid shipping labels are provided for orders that were mis-shipped by us. Additionally, if a package is unable to be delivered and gets returned to us, we will deduct the shipping fees from the refund amount. By having clear return policies in place, we can continue serving customers with quality products at great prices. Please contact us prior to any return shipment so we can make the process smooth and simple.
Returns for Any Reason: We accept returns for any reason, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within the specified time frame, and we will process a full refund. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
30-Day Returns on Website Purchases: For all purchases made on our website (www.rometechcases.com), you can return your product within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
Marketplace Purchases: For all purchases made through our partner marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Newegg), you can return your product within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
eBay Outlet Purchases: For all purchases made through eBay, you can return your product within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. eBay purchases also carry a limited 30 day limited product warranty from the product purchase date.
International Orders: Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for all international orders. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method to avoid any complications.
Incomplete / Materially Different / Missing Parts: 50% restocking fee.
Undeliverable packages: Shipping fee deducted from the refund.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY (Effective Oct 1, 2023)

That's why we offer a 90-day warranty on all purchases, excluding those from our eBay outlet store which have a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. To extend your warranty by an additional 90 days, simply register your product within the first 30 days of purchase. We stand behind our products and guarantee them to be free of material and workmanship defects. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and our warranty program demonstrates our dedication to that goal. 90-Day Limited Warranty: In addition to our return policy, we also offer a 90-day limited warranty (excluding eBay) from the order date on all products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and includes a one-time product replacement. Limited warranty can be extended for another 90 days within 30 days of purchase by registering your purchase here.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Prepaid Return Label and Envelope:
Once we receive your email, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and an extra envelope for returning the original product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, and the prepaid shipping label is affixed to the return envelope.
Shipping the Original Product:
Ship the original product back to us using the prepaid shipping label and envelope provided.
Processing Refunds:
Upon receipt of the original product, a refund for the original order will be issued within 3-5 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Rome Tech utilizes USPS First Class shipping for domestic orders and courier service for international shipments.
Undeliverable Orders
In the event that an order is returned to Rome Tech as undeliverable, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee is $4.99 for USPS First Class shipping and $9.99 for USPS Priority Mail shipments.
Reshipment Fees
If a customer requests that their order be reshipped, the following reshipment fees apply:
