TIMELINE:
01/23 (Mo.) Ordered a Camo Deer combo case/holster for my Sonim XP10 5G XP9900.
02/01 (Wed.) Alexis contacted me advising this particular case was not available (out of stock) & offered an alternative case/holster combo. I declined.
02/13 (Mo.) Ricky contacted me regarding an erroneous premature email that was sent advising my order was in the mail system & was currently @ Ben Salem, Pa. Also advised my order should be in by weeks end (02/17 - Fr.)
03/02 (Th.) Alexis recontacted me advising the combo I ordered was still out of stock & may not be available until July.
03/23 (Th.) Jonathon called advising my order still wasn't available (RT was working with new manufacturer) & he was sending a black case/holster combo @ no charge so my cell phone would be protected in the interim.
06/08 (Th.) Jon called advising the particular phone case/holster was now available & it would be sent out that day.
06/10 (Sa.) Deer camo combo case/holster arrived in the mail along with a small personal hand written note from Jon.
