Weak hinge

I've tried several manufactures of similar cases for the Samsung A21. This one has been the best so far, but could be a lot better. All seem to fail at the hinge point - one of the plastic pin tabs breaks. Solution would be to have the entire hinge made out of metal. I am one of those types that is easy on electronics. I have never broken the display on any phone. Only dropped a phone one time - because the hinge broke. Used to carry a Motorola fire pager every day for years, with a hinged belt clip, and it never broke.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery based on the tracking info for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, item damaged during shipping, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). International returns may take longer to arrive (2 to 4 weeks).
